Description

This document, dated March 3 1911 , is signed at the conclusion by President William Howard Taft. It is countersigned by  Postmaster General Frank  H Hitchcock . The document is a commission, naming Joseph Lupremant for Postmaster in Illinois , Hitchcock served as postmaster general for the entire of the Taft administration (1909-1913) .” The document has some and is slightly discolored, one tear and a small missing paper but is overall in fine condition. Signatures are signed in black pen and grades 9-10.
