To include the autographs of all the starting-position players for the Chicago Cubs of the 1932 World Series, this modest scorecard is a treasure of the highest order. It seems that one of the fans who attended this famous four-game October tilt prevailed upon the principals of the Cubs roster to pen their signatures on the card.

The medium is a simple, light cardboard sheet measuring 6" x 6-1/2" (when opened). One side bears the pre-printed lineup for the contending Cubs in that Series, while the other side announces the celebrated event. Our autograph hound was abundantly successful in this pursuit as he captured the fountain pen signings of thirteen Cubs. Furthermore, nearly all of these are situated adjacently to their corresponding pre-printed names.

We report that the scorecard is in reduced condition. It was quarter-folded to generate a stress puncture at the junction of the folds, and the vertical crease has created a partial separation in the card. Nonetheless, this is a savory composite of autographs to include: Riggs Stephenson, Zack Taylor, Billy Herman, Woody English, KiKi Cuyler, Johnny Moore, Frank Demaree (a tough challenge even for advanced Cubs autograph collectors), Charlie Grimm, Gabby Hartnett, Billy Jurges, Mark Koenig, Lon Warneke and Guy Bush.
