1941 New York Yankees World Series Press Pin

The first two games of the 1941 World Series were played in Yankee Stadium. And for that segment of the Classic, members of the reporting media received one of these press pins. With its original nut, this now available survivor has remained essentially untouched for nearly 70 years. The only remote objection to note is a barely discernible manufactured imperfection at the tip of one of the bats. Thereafter, every consideration of the piece is remarkably perfect. From the gold plating, to the beautiful translucent red enamel, to the ideally uniform white enamel, this one reposes at NM/MT.
