1960 Bob Rush Game Worn Flannel Jersey
Out of stock
One of the very last jerseys worn by this All-Star pitcher and fifteen-season veteran of Major League ball. The thirty-four year old right-hander pitched his final fourteen innings for the Chicago White Sox, whom he represented on the road in this gray flannel gamer. Bold navy tackle twill letters comprise “Chicago” on the chest, with “Rush 29” on verso. Number “29” is repeated on the right sleeve. “B. Rush” is embroidered on a swatch sewn into the collar, beside a hand-markered “2-60.” Tail tagging is from “Wilson”, with a “48” flap tag and “1960” embroidered swatch nearby. Wear is properly light, leaving this rare relic in tremendous condition.
