1963 Roger Staubach Heisman Memorial Trophy Salesman Sample Ring 14K Gold

Roger Staubach epitomized All-American. His boyish good looks, incomparable skill and down home persona were too wholesome for words. ‘Captain America’ would go on to star at Navy before starting a Hall of Fame career with the Cowboys. While at the Naval Academy, Staubach won the Heisman Trophy as a junior. This size “11.5” sample ring was made in honor of Staubach’s Heisman selection. “HEISMAN MEMORIAL TROPHY” is embossed around a raised image of a Heisman Trophy on the front. The 14K gold ring lists the venue on one side and “STAUBACH NAVY 1963 THE HEISMAN SINCE 1935” on the opposite side. The ring is NM with no surface scratches or mentionable imperfections.

The ring is made from 14 Karat gold and is pave set with (23) round full cut cubic zirconia gemstones. The inside is engraved “HJ-14K” and it weighs in at 33.3 grams.

Authentication: Jewelers Appraisal.
