1965-68 Joe Adcock Game-Used Signed Bat

Out of stock

SKU: 45150 Category:

Despite playing in the sizable shadows of Hall of Famers Hank Aaron and Eddie Mathews, Joe Adock was one of the most important players on some powerful Milwaukee Braves teams. The 6’4”, 240 lb. behemoth, Adcock used this 36” and 31.8 ounce model U1 Hillerich & Bradsby stick when he played for the California Angels in 1965. There is a slight handle crack (nail reinforcement) and minimal checking on the back barrel. Ball/hit marks appear on the back barrel and light pine tar is applied to the handle. “6” is written on the knob in vintage black marker. Adcock graciously signed the barrel end in black felt tip. The bat was ordered 6-7-65.
