1969 Marchel Lachemann Game-Worn Oakland A’s Jacket w/MLB 100th Anniversary Patch

Marcel Lachemann parlayed a brief three-year career into a pitching coach job later on. In the late ’60s and early ’70s Lachemann was a pitcher for the Oakland A’s. This size “42” jacket was worn by Lachemann in the 1969 campaign because of the inclusion of a “100th Anniversary” patch on the left sleeve. The satin jacket has all of its identifiers applied in two-color tackle twill formation. “16” is wonderfully scripted on the left sleeve end as well. Enlarged buttons and leather pocket reinforcements. The jacket has aged somewhat from being sun drenched but is complete.
