1969 Washington Senators Team Signed Ball w/Ted Williams, Nellie Fox
Out of stock
Lean on talent, the Washington Senators of 1969 yet finished the season with a winning record – a miracle effected by the team’s on-field brain trust. It was during that ’69 campaign that 25 of their roster signed this OAL (Cronin) baseball. The two most important signatures are quite legible, but we confess that the ball’s east panel has sustained some surface damage, obscuring three of the signatures. That divulged, we note that skipper trong>Ted Williams signed the sweet spot – a signature reposing at a quality of “trong>7”. Continuing, we find the autographs of Frank Howard, coach trong>Nellie Fox (“3”), Wayne Terwilliger, Brant Alyea, Toby Harrah, Del Unser, Dick Smith, Ken McMullen, Dave Baldwin, Jim Miles, Dick Bosman, Casey Cox, Joe Coleman, Darold Knowles, Jim French, Ed Stroud, Cisco Carlos, Joe Camacho, Sid Hudson, Tim Cullen, and Ed Brinkman.
