Background on 1970 Topps Super Proofs:

A find of these unfinished proofs was discovered with cards displaying both blank and printed backs. These proof cards have easily identifiable square corners, as they have not gone through the entire production process, as opposed to the final production cards, which were cut with rounded corners. All the cards are bright, crisp, and clean, with brilliant colors with either the blank or stat-backs. Many of the blank back cards have made the jump to market however the stat back seem more scarce as they went one more step in the production process.
