1970’s Phil Niekro Game-Worn Braves Batting Helmet

Great 1970’s style Atlanta batting helmet worn by Hall of Famer and long-time symbol of the Braves, Phil Niekro. This shell, with heavy use from the five-time All-Star has the proper cursive “A” decal on the front, with Niekro’s “35” decal on the back. His number “35” has also been markered inside the helmet, with the “American Baseball Cap” sticker affixed. Superb piece from the 300-game winning Atlanta icon.
