The 1975 Topps Football Card Set includes 528 standard size cards, which measure 2½” by 3½”. The subsets for the 1975 Topps football cards are the league leaders (1-8), All-Pro selections (201-225), Record Breakers (351-356), highlights (452-460), and playoff highlights (526-528). This set was issued in one series.

Bordered by a white frame, 1975 Topps Football card fronts feature a large player photo with a banner underneath that appears to be flying. The team name is inside the banner with the conference (AFC or NFC) after the fold. A helmet icon at the end of the banner contains the player’s position and his name stretches across the bottom. The backs are vertically oriented and designed to look like the end of a playing field. The scoreboard at the top contains the card number, as well as the player’s name, team, position and vital stats. Underneath the goalpost is a biography and a year-by-year statistics review.

The key rookie cards from this set include #12 Mel Blount and #282 Lynn Swann.
