1978 Jim Zorn Game-Issued Seahawks Away Jersey

Jim Zorn’s entire life has been consumed by football. After the lefty signal-caller concluded his playing days, he settled into the role of assistant coach. Now Zorn is leading the way for the Redskins. A busy off season has the Washington squad atop the NFL landscape in 2009.

This size "XL" jersey served as Zorn’s backup for the 1978 season. Originally sourced from a former NFL equipment manager, the offering has all of the trimmings. Each of the identifiers is heat pressed. The numbers are created in single-color navy blue. "ZORN" is applied directly to the verso. Diamond-shaped inserts are built into the underarms. Sewn in the tail are the following labels: Athletic Supply, Powers Mfg. Co. size ("10" written in marker), "2" LB" and "1978" year swatch.
