Presented is a color photo (8-1/2" x 10" in matte) of the 1980 Olympic USA Hockey team receiving their gold medals. In what was universally publicized the "Miracle on Ice," the U.S. defeated the strongly favored Soviet Union before winning the gold against Finland. From the 1980 U.S. team, 15 signed the matte around the photo in blue felt tip, including: trong>Herb Brooks, Dave Christian, Steve Christoff, Jim Craig, trong>Mike Eruzione, John Harrington, Steve Janaszak, Rob McClanahan, Ken Morrow, Buzz Schneider, Dave Silk, Eric Strobel, Bob Suter, Phil Verchota and Mark Wells. Overall, the display measures 13-1/2" x 16-3/4".
