1980s-1990s Kirk Gibson Signed, Game-Used Bat

The magical world of Hollywood seemed to be an appropriate setting for Kirk Gibson and his on-cue home runs. Gibson wielded this uncracked Cooper model WC137 bat while with the Los Angles Dodgers in the late 1980s or early 1990s. The natural black wood bat measures 34 1/2″ and weighs 33.3 oz. The war club demonstrates considerable use with hit marks on the barrel and moderate pine tar on the handle. A Gibson signature (“10”) in gold felt tip is mildly coated on the barrel adjacent to the Cooper logo. Smoke-relate stains are visible on the handle.
