1980s Brett Butler Signed, Game-Used Bat

Brett Butler had excellent range as a center fielder to the point that he made it effortless at times. In fact, Butler rarely made an error and had two complete seasons without one. Butler used this Cooper C141 bat with the Cleveland Indians in the mid-1980s. The model measures 34.5″ and weighs 29.7 oz. The uncracked bat shows light use with a few hit marks as well as a light coating of pine tar on the handle. In black felt tip, Butler executed his signature (“9”) on the barrel and his uniform number “2” on the knob. There is a light top coating on the signature to preserve quality. There are smoke-related defects on the handle and barrel.
