Mike Tyson was in good hands when he had Rory Holloway to manage his career. Holloway, the man who helped control Tyson from 1988 to 1997, was given this pair of shoes from Magic Johnson in the mid ’80s. These white and purple Converse shoes were worn by Magic in the mid ’80s as the basketball shoe war began to take shape. Magic vs. Bird was the theme behind the battle. The offered shoes show great game use and have scuff marks on the sides and inner toe region. Magic signed the sides of both in black felt tip with the inscription “To Rory Take care.” A historic pair of shoes given to Tyson’s main man.
