1982 Steve Yeager Signed, Game-Used Bat

Steve Yeager was a well respected catcher who spent many years behind the L.A. Dodgers’ plate. Yeager also introduced the neck protector as part of the standard catcher’s equipment. Yeager used this uncracked Big Stick Adirondack model 337A bat during the 1982 season. The bat measures approximately 35” and weighs 36.5 oz. The hitting stick has several black ball transfer marks, blue bat rack attributes and a light coating of pine tar on the handle. Yeager also provided a black felt tip pen signature (“9”) to the barrel. To note, there is smoke damage present on the handle and barrel.
