1983 Jim Zorn Game-Worn Seahawks Jersey

Jim Zorn arrived, albeit unceremoniously, to the Seattle Seahawks. Despite coming to young franchise as an undrafted free agent, Zorn would soon line up under center as the club’s quarterback. After the southpaw QB arrived, the team would contend for the playoffs.

This size "42" Sand Knit-made jersey was worn by Zorn in 1983. Decent use is exhibited with a number of hit marks on the left shoulder region. A red substance appears on the inside of the "0" TV shoulder  and a few facemask scrapes have accumulated. The left sleeve has been custom tailored to Zorn’s liking. Each of the identifiers is heat pressed including the sleeve striping and team logos. Blue/white/green/white/blue ribbed striping surrounds the V-neck. "ZORN" is applied to a nameplate in single-color blue.

Sewn in the tail is a Seahawks exclusivity tag, Sand Knit size label and "83" year swatch. Overall, a fabulous late-Seahawks Zorn representation.
