1983 Pat Benatar Concert Tee Shirt Lot (2) Tour Vintage HBO Private Screening

Pat Benatar, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and four-time Grammy Award winner. She has two RIAA-certified multi-platinum albums, five platinum albums, three gold albums, and 15 Billboard Top 40 singles, including the Top 10 hits “Hit Me with Your Best Shot”, “Love Is a Battlefield”, “We Belong”, and “Invincible”. She was nominated for a 2020 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Presented is are two original concert tour tee shirts from Pat Benatar. The gray shirts are vintage and measures 16.5″ across the chest and the 27″ from top of collar seam to bottom. Vintage tagging is Screen Stars with both having the same measurement except they are labeled differently with one M and other L. Nice HBO design Private Screening (Nov. 1-2, 1983) on the front and Pat Benatar signature in Concert design on back.

This lot is from the T-Shirt collection from the estate of Chuck Landis (aka Largo) veteran promoter, concert best known as co-founder of the Roxy West Hollywood rock club in the early 1970’s and in 1980.  Many of the T-Shirts come from performances that were at the venue.  They have been locked away for many until now. 

The Rox bar was a regular hangout for John Lennon, Harry Nilsson, Alice Cooper and Keith Moon Heidi Fleiss in the 1980s.    So you can only imagine what stories can tell?
