1984 Irv Pankey Game-Worn L.A. Rams Jersey (w/40 Year Patch and Heavy Use)

Irv Pankey helped make Eric Dickerson a household name. Well, the Hall of Fame runner can thank Pankey, Jackie Slater and company who plowed holes for him when he finished with the single-season rushing record.
Pankey wore this size "54" jersey a year after that record-breaking campaign. Tremendous use is exhibited on the mesh garment with four team repairs, plenty of hit gouges, and a few hit marks. A custom notched V-neck is a noteworthy alteration. Spandex inserts are fitted under the arms and also on both sides. Sewn in the tail are two labels: Rams exclusivity and Medalist Sand Knit (partially detached).
