1985 Dave Winfield Game-Used, Signed, Inscribed Bat

Dave Winfield was a monster of a man who played an astonishing 22 seasons in the majors. It was truly a sight to behold each time the slugger stepped to the plate. Winfield used this bat in his 1985 season with the New York Yankees, in between his spats with owner George Steinbrenner, of course. A large man needs a large bat, and this uncracked Rawlings DW20 measures 36″, and weighs in at 33.5-oz. Cleat and hit marks occupy the barrel, as well as the inscription “To Steve B.W. Dave Winfield” written in gold pen (“7”). The stalwart’s number “31” is written in black marker on the knob.
