1986 Cal Ripken, Jr. Game-Used Bat PSA GU 8.5

As a new member of the Hall of Fame, Cal Ripken, Jr. was only eight votes shy from an unanimous election. The Orioles icon has remained active in developing minor league teams through ownership (Aberdeen and Augusta) and has expressed an interest in buying the franchise that made him a hero. Presented is one of Cal Ripken, Jr’s. game used bats from 1986. The Louisville Slugger (P72) shows excellent use with a slight handle crack. There are several ball, transfer (blue), rack and stitch marks visible on the left and back barrel. A light coating of pine tar rests on the handle. For identification, Ripken’s number “8” is on the knob in black felt tip along with length [(1/2) – actual is 33-1/2″] and weight (33-1/2″) in blue felt tip. PSA/DNA bats graded this treasured relic a trong>GU 8.5.
