1988 Kevin Mitchell Game-Used, Signed Bat

Kevin Mitchell’s career will always be shadowed by his tough upbringing in the streets of San Diego. Mitchell used this Rawlings model KM07 bat during 1988 when he starred with the Giants. The lumber measures 34 1/2″ and weighs 33.7 oz. Extensive use is evidenced by numerous hit, cleat and rack marks. The bat has slight checking, a donut impression and tape on the pine tar-coated handle. Mitchell signed the uncracked bat in silver paint pen on the barrel (“8-9”).
