1991 Barry Bonds Game-Worn Pirates Pants

Barry Bonds put himself on the baseball map when he called Pittsburgh home in the late ’80s and early ’90s. While he couldn’t quite lead the Bucs to the promised land, he did make them playoff worthy on three occasions. This pair of pants was worn by Bonds in 1991, a year after he won his first MVP. The pants show extensive wear. A Rawlings size label is affixed in the waistline as is a “Bonds 24 91 33 34.5” swatch and “Set 1 1991” flag tag. A few names are markered in the waistline and crossed out so these did see minor league use after their big league wear was extinguished.
