1991 Yankees Team-Signed Ball (Bernie Williams Rookie Signature)
Out of stock
You could say the beginning of the Yankee dynasty began in the 1991 season. That was the first year that Bernie Williams donned the pinstripes in New York. Williams was the first component as the Yankees began to build their dynasty. While their first World Series title of the ’90’s wouldn’t come until 1996, Williams’ arrival proved to be the beginning of it all. This OAL (Brown) ball showcases the signatures of 27 members from that version of the Yankees. The majority of the signatures are applied in blue ballpoint (averaging “8-9”) and include: Steve Sax, Eric Plunk, Kevin Maas, Craig Nettles, Matt Nokes, Randy Verlarde, Stump Merrill, Tim Leary, Steve Howe, Wade Taylor, Don Mattingly, Jesse Barfield, John Habyan, Scott Kamieniecki, Williams, Frank Howard, Jeff Johnson, Pat Kelly, Lee Guetterman, Hensley “Bam Bam” Meulens and Bob Geren along with six others.
