BRAZIL NATIONAL TEAM GAME WORN JERSEY USED BY JORGINHO IN THE BRAZIL X FRANCE 08/26/1992.
Jorginho, is a Brazilian retired footballer who played mainly as a right back, and is a current manager. A quick, technically gifted, and hard-working full-back, he is regarded as one of the best full-backs of his generation, and as one of the greatest Brazilian defenders of all time. He played in his country for five different clubs, and also spent six years in Germany, namely with Bayern Munich; additionally he was part of the Brazilian team that won the 1994 World Cup.
This genuine shirt was worn by Joginho for the Brazilian National Team. The yellow shirt has a collar and is made by Umbro. His number “2” is sewn on the back in green tackle twill. The front chest has the proper Brazil patch sewn on and the Umbro logo is on the opposite side. CBF is embroidered on the button path. The jersey has pilling throughout and a tag in the inside seam which has worn away. This is an attribution to great wear characteristics.
The provenance COA is from the son of Brazil National Team shirts manager. It states that the jersey originated from his father’s collection and was match worn against France on 8/26/1992.
