1993 Eric Davis Game-Worn, Signed Cleats

Eric Davis was credited as being one of the first major league stars to switch to high top cleats. Eric the Red made a name for himself with the Reds before bolting to Los Angeles to join lifelong friend Darryl Strawberry in 1992 with the Dodgers. These [size] “8 1/2” high top cleats were worn by Davis during his abbreviated Dodgers career. Stamped on the inside of the heel on both are: 1 93 (manufacture date), 8 1/2 (size) and 33 (his number). Great use is exhibited with soil remnants on the bottoms and on the front. Davis signed the back heel on both (“8”) in silver paint pen.
