There were a lot of high hopes for Isaiah Rider coming out of UNLV into the NBA. He was drafted 5th pick overall to the Minnesota Timberwolves in 1993. His overall success was in his first season as he made the NBA All-Rookie First team and won the NBA Slam Dunk Championship. Overall, for the rest of his career he was an average player with a 16.7 ppg.
In 1996, he was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers. Presented is one of his game-worn warm-up shooting shirts from his time with the Blazers which shows solid wear. The front showcases the Blazers logo across the chest and an insignia patch is on the left sleeve.
The front tail tagging features the Nike [size] 2XL and NBA Authentics. A “34” is written in black felt tip for easy jersey number identification. The interior side seam features the wash instructions tag and year 1997-98.
Also included are a pair of his black warm up pants. Nike tagging 2XL is in the waistband with NBA Authentics and Blazers. Also included are the wash instructions, Length +2 and year 1997-98. A “34” in black felt tip is present.
