1999 Wade Boggs Game-Used D’Rays Bat

Wade Boggs concluded a Hall of Fame career with two seasons in front of his hometown fans in Tampa Bay. The big highlight for Boggs came when he hit a home run, of all things, for his 3,000th hit. This uncracked Adirondack model 456BM bat (33.2 ounces) was used by Boggs during his final big league season – 1999. Deep seeded blue baseball stamping marks are apparent on the right and back barrel. Red back rack marks spruce up right and left barrel. “12” is written in marker on the knob, and the handle features light pine tar application.
