2000 Glenn Parker Game-Worn Jersey Giants – COA MeiGray

Glen Parker was picked up as a free agent by the Giants in 2000, where he played two more seasons, and was an integral part of the Super Bowl XXXV team. He retired after the 2001 season after being released by the Giants, being one of only three players (along with Cornelius Bennett and Gale Gilbert to play in, and be on the losing team in five separate Super Bowls. He started in 141 of the 174 games he played, as well as all 16 of his postseason appearances.

Presented is a Glenn Parker game worn New York Giants jersey from the team’s Super Bowl season 2000. On the front left tail is a Nike size “50” manufacturer’s tag with a flag tag attached that reads, “LENGTH +6”. On the inside of the front center tail is a New York Giants “MeiGrayGroup 2000 Set 1” tag. On the inside below the rear collar is a strip tag with “00-50” printed on it.

On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo embroidered and below reads, “GIANTS” in blue stitching. The player number “62” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder in red on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads, “PARKER” in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Below the player number on each shoulder is a Nike logo embroidered in blue stitching.  The jersey shows tremendous game wear overall most noticeable on the shoulder pads with several hit marks and a repair within the “6” on the verso.
