2002 Ricky Williams Game-Used, Signed Dolphins Unwashed Jersey, Used vs. Jets in 151 Yard Effort (Photo Matched)

This is what 151 yards and a touchdown looks like. Ricky Williams ran wild when he donned this size "46" Dolphins home jersey against the New York Jets in week 3 of the 2002 regular season.

The use is tremendous on this unwashed gem. There are soil stains on the shoulders, facemask scrapes on the verso "3" and shoulders (Jets and Dolphins colors), shoulder pad buckle remnants between the front numbers, an unrepaired tear on the left spandex side insert and dimpled ball marks on front and numerous dings from NFL contact. Williams offered his personal authentication with a signature on back and "vs. Jets" inscription in silver paint pen.

One particular photo on Getty Images matches this jersey. Image 1435235 shows Williams attempting to leave the opposition in a cloud of dust. There are a few soil stains right below the left shoulder numbers which match this jersey’s marks.

Each of the numbers is expressed in three-color drop shadow formation. "R. WILLIAMS" is applied to a nameplate. Four Velcro swatches are apparent in the tail. Secured the Velcro is a Reebok tag and two suspended flag tags: size and "6" L.B." An "02-46" label is sewn in the collar.
