2004 Andruw Jones Game-Used, Signed & Inscribed Bat “Game Used 05” (Player Letter)

At the end of the 2007 season, Andruw Jones’ contract will be up. So when asked about it this past winter, he indicated that money wasn’t the issue. His concentration was on spending his entire career in Atlanta. Hopefully, Scott Boras (his agent) understands. Presented is one of Jones’ game used SAM (AJ25) bats (uncracked) from 2004. The lumber measures 34″ and weighs 31.3 oz. It shows medium-heavy use with hit and ball transfer (blue/white) marks throughout the barrel. There is a light coating of pine tar on the spiral tape coated handle (7-1/2″). A “25” is written on the knob in silver paint pen. Graciously, Jones signed the barrel in silver paint pen (“10”) and added the inscription “Game Used 05.” It also comes with a signed LOA from him.
