Description
After leaving the Cubs as a free agent after the 2004 season, Mark Grudzielanek signed with the St. Louis Cardinals on January 6, 2005. He appeared in 137 games with the Cardinals, hitting for a .294 average. As of 2022, he is the last Cardinals player to have hit for the cycle, having done so in the April 27 game against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Presented is a pair of Grudzielanek’s Nike Air game worn cleats from 2005 with the Cardinals. The show tremendous wear with soiling/scuffing from the field throughout. The insoles were removed. His player identifier was written on the back of each heel in black felt tip “12”.
