Marion Barber’s family has football ingrained into their being. Barber’s father played in the NFL in the ’80s and his brother, Dominic, is making a name for himself at the University of Minnesota. This unwashed jersey and pants ensemble was worn by Barber Sept. 17, 2006, when the Cowboys downed Washington, 27-10. Barber rushed for 39 yards and found the end zone once in the big win. At least four repairs are instituted on the dazzle cloth shoulders. Sweat staining and a number of hit marks also appear on the shoulders. All of the identifiers have puckered and are applied in single-color royal blue tackle twill. Both sleeve ends are elasticized as is the tail, which is cut above the tag line. A reinforced eyelet is sewn below the Reebok NFL Shield. An “06-48” swatch is situated in the collar as are two Prova Stickers. Also included are the pants which Barber wore during the game and a Cowboys letter (Game Exclusives) will accompany.
