2006 (Nov. 12) Alex Brown Game-Used, Unwashed Bears Uniform (w/Team Letter)

When the Chicago Bears defense went through a mini-slump near the end of the season, it was Alex Brown who helped get the unit back on track for a memorable playoff run. The sack-happy defensive end put great use into this jersey/pants combination in the Nov. 12, 2006 game against the Giants. That day saw Brown finish with a season-best two sacks as the Bears proved their worth to many critics. Numerous hit marks appear on the front mesh shoulders. Pleated lattice external stitch patterns cover both shoulders. This interesting jersey customization is used by some linemen to prevent the opposition from holding. Moderate fraying is apparent on the two-color tackle twill identifiers. Both sleeve ends are shortened and hemmed – also a favorable practice for many defensive linemen. The jersey is elasticized above the tag line. An “06-46” tag is affixed to the back collar. Also included are the pants which feature great wear and have all of the correct tags sewn into the waistline. Authentication comes via a Bears (Game Exclusives) letter.
