2007 Ryan Howard Game-Used Bat

Ryan Howard is baseball’s most imposing figure. Pitchers have to do a double-take when they see the 6-foot, 4-inch behemoth wagging his bat in the air. The reigning NL MVP used this bat in 2007 as he continued to terrorize the opposition. This uncracked blood-red color Diablo bat (34” and 37.4 ounces) has plenty of pine tar still caked onto the handle. The fine specimen was most likely used in batting practice given the green ball marks on the back barrel. Howard could have brought this bat to the plate for an appearance or two though. Many Major League teams use baseballs with green stampings on them for BP. Bat rack marks transverse through the Diablo trademark sticker. “Diablo 34.5 Bats” is applied to the handle.
