Description

Brett Favre signed with the Minnesota Vikings in 2009 and played until the 2010 season. He had a landmark season in ’09 in which he surpassed forming Vikings defensive end Jim Marshall for consecutive starts at 291. Favre was also the first NFL quarterback to have a victory against all 32 franchises. He was named to the Pro Bowl.

The following season he returned to the Vikings and had two important milestones. In the game against the New York Jets he threw for his 500th touchdown and 70,000 yards. The most exiting thing was that he wore this important jersey on that day of those accomplishments – 10/11/2010. Favre signed the jersey in silver paint pen and inscribed it with his statistics of the day – “10/11/2010”, “at the Jets”, “264 yds”, “3 tds.”, “284 starts”, “500 tds” and “70,000 yards”. Photograph is included showing Favre signing the jersey.

The white and purple Reebok Vikings jersey has all of the appropriate identifiers and collar tagging including “10-48” and “Q” tags on the collar and the pink “C” captains patch on the front. A 50th Viking Season patch also adorns the chest.  Shows great wear characteristics overall from a milestone game. True piece of NFL history! The jersey includes a COA from PSA/DNA NFL for authentication.
