Description

A Sir Bobby Charlton Game-Used England National Team Umbro Squad Jacket dating to the late 1960’s / early 1970’s.  Accompanying the jacket is a lovely framed color photograph of Charlton while dressed for the England National Team which has been signed to the front in black ink.  This original jacket was an official piece of England squad equipment and was owned by and worn by Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton while on duty with the National Team.  England wore this style of training jacket for many years, with slight variations occurring over time.  This style was worn by the famous England squads at the 1966 World Cup and the 1970 World Cup.  The exact date of this garment is unknown, but it would fall within this time period.  The signed & framed photograph presentation measures 15.5″ x 12.5″ in total.  Upon close inspection, you will come to find this item in the following condition:  Overall, the jacket is in very good condition for it’s age.  Being approximately 50 years old, this jacket of course shows its age.  The blue fabric has faded in spots, particularly around edges & seams.  The zipper functions normally.  Stitching appears to be intact throughout.  There are some loose threads when you look inside the jacket.  Logos are still very clear and visible.  The Umbro label remains intact and despite some wrinkling and slight fading, remains in superb condition.  Striped/ribbed trim remains bright and colorful.  The framed photograph is in pristine condition.

Please take a moment to review the authentication notes provided, as well as the provided photographs:
