Al Jourgensen Stage-Used Guitar Signed ESP-LTD EX-351 – COA BAS – send backGo Back
Al Jourgensen has an active musical career that spans four decades, and is best known as the frontman and lyricist of the industrial metal band Ministry, which he founded in 1981 and of which he remains the only constant member. He was also primary musician of several Ministry-related projects, such as Revolting Cocks, Lard, Buck Satan and the 666 Shooters. He is regarded as being one of the most prominent figures of industrial music influencing numerous other groups and musicians, both in alternative and industrial-associated acts.
Presented is an actual stage used guitar by the frontman of Ministry, Al Jourgensen. It comes with outstanding provenance as the guitar originates from his business manager at the time. The guitar itself is a silver tone ESP-LTD EX-351. It shows mild signs of use by Jorgensen throughout.
The guitar is a ESP-LTD EX-351 made in Korea in between 2002-2003 (out of production now) – 22 XJ frets – Mahogany body – Rosewood fret board – Tune-o-matic bridge – EMG-HZ passive pickups – 1 volume and 1 tone control,3 way selector – nice finish, not easily scratched, looks beautiful. LTD`s EX series is concentrated around the intermediate and beginner-level electric guitars with Explorer body shape. Being inspired by their more luxurious siblings from the ESP catalog, these LTD six-stringers offer a substantial level of quality and can hold their own in most cases. EX-351 is most certainly one of them.
As an added piece of validation, the body of the guitar as well as the back of the neck was also autographed for the manager in black felt tip (“9”) by Jourgensen with apropos rock metal industrial music symbolism – both signs of peace and anarchy. Overall, a tremendous concert stage piece ready to rock in your collection!
