Description
Dead Ringer (also known as Who Is Buried in My Grave?) is a 1964 thriller film made by Warner Bros. It was directed by Paul Henried from a screenplay from the story La Otra by Rian James. There was a previous Mexican version that starred Dolores del Rio. The American version of the film starred Bette Davis, Karl Maldren and Peter Lawford.
Presented is an original black and white 8×10 photo from the film. It was autographed by Bette Davis in blue pen (“8”) with the personalization, “For Dick Look at us!!” Ernest Haller was the cinematographer of the film and had a close relationship with Bette Davis during their careers. He also signed and personalized the photo, “To Dick the best always”. This item originated from cameraman Richard (Dick) Doran’s collection (hence, the personalization). The photo itself has some minor aging and expected edge wear.
