Offered is a signed specimen of #130 in the 1953-55 Louis Dormand set of gorgeous Kodachrome player-postcards; New York Yankees All-Star second baseman Billy Martin. Billy has treated today’s collectors to a tough example of his vintage signature rendered on one of the era’s most attractive palettes; a popular piece even without the autograph. Card itself is solid EX – crisp and clean with no creases – with only light corner wear. Martin has inscribed it “To Ed, Best Wishes”, across his image, and finished with a autograph rendered in ballpoint, registering a minimum “7-8” in strength.
