Bobby Jones 2000 Mets NL Championship Ring (w/Signed Letter)

Description
The definitive statement of the 2000 National League pennant-winning New York Mets, this season-concluding ring was received by moundsman Bobby Jones. It was Jones, the lanky righthander, who tossed a complete-game one-hit shutout against the Giants to cap the NLDS that year. And this absolutely stunning ring is equal to that performance.
It’s a size 11 with all the anticipated trappings. On the crown, and set against an onyx stone, is a cluster of small diamonds conveying the standard Mets logo. About the perimeter (and punctuated by four larger diamonds at each corner) is proclaimed "National…League…Champions…2000," In relief on the right shank are the National League crest, "Subway Series," and pennants citing "1969, 1973, 1986, 2000." Then, on the other shank (and also in sharp relief) are "Jones," the New York skyline, "Amazin’ Again," "Mets" (in the franchise’s standard script), and "21" (Bobby’s uniform number). Engraved inside the band are "Bobby M. Jones," and the ring’s purity, 10K.
The total weight is 34.9 grams and the cumulative diamond weight is estimated to be .44 carat with VS-2 to Sl-1 clarity, and G-H color.
