“Celestial Baseballs” Braille Style Artwork by Andrew Lakey – Originally Owned by Mickey Mantle (Business Partner LOA)

The artwork is titled "Celestial Baseballs" and was composed by Andrew Lakey. Lakey is a universally recognized artist who’s still creating inspirational artwork with health limitations in his studio.  This art is in an interactive braille style to accomodate the blind. It was displayed in Mickey Mantle’s Regency hotel room in the 1990s before being given to his restaurant business partner Bill Liederman. The original acrylic art on canvas measures 20" x 36" and signed and numbered on the reverse by the artist (dated 1991).  It comes with a LOA from Liederman.
