Description

This bank check was created by a collector who knew and visited Charles Manson for 15 years in prison. It took five years before Manson agreed to meet with him. During their friendship the collector created a legitimate bank account for Charles Manson.

He basically took them into prison during his visits and had them signed. A limited amount of checks were signed before the FBI came knocking at his door. The checks were never cashed and dated to August 22, 1969 which is a gruesome reminder. However, they were signed in the 1990’s. The checks were filled out for  memorabilia purposes and made out for $1 million dollars by Manson. The account was eventually shut down and only a few have come out to market. Manson signed this one with an odd Monopoly style in black ink (“9”).
