Clinton Portis Game-Worn Jersey Signed Miami Hurricanes – COA JSA & 100% Authentic Team

Clinton Portis enrolled in the University of Miami, where he played for the Miami Hurricanes football team.  Portis bounced back in 2001 as the Hurricanes won the National Championship and Portis had his best season rushing for 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns on 220 carries (5.5 avg.). He also added 125 receiving yards. In the Rose Bowl against Nebraska, Portis ran for 104 yards and a touchdown. He also had a long touchdown reception called back on a holding call.

Clinton was inducted into the UM Sports Hall of Fame on April 10, 2014 at a ceremony in Miami.

Presented from their collection is an Clinton Portis Miami Hurricanes game-worn-away jersey. It is a green Hurricanes road jersey, that is multi-layered and designed by Nike. Of note, is the particularly rich hue of dark green which showcases the mesh portion of the body. It features Portis’ number “28” printed on the chest, back, and shoulders in white with green borders.

On the back nameplate, “PORTIS” is printed across the back shoulders in white lettering. The front chest features a Big East patch, a white Nike swoosh and the Miami “U” logo. The sides of the jersey are elasticized for fit and accented in orange, green, and white. A size “46” tag with a handwritten “1” designator for game use in black felt tip is sewn in the collar. Despite its normal cleaning, it still shows some nice wear.

Portis took the time to autograph the back shoulder area in black felt tip (“8”) for the team source added value as well as his game used validation.
