Offered is an assortment of three vintage boxing greats cut signatures. Each cut is accompanied with an unsigned photo and biography (except Baer) of the individual.

trong>Jack Sharkey made his boxing debut in 1924 when he stopped Billy Muldoon in the first round. He was one of the best heavyweight fighters from 1924-27. In 1980, trong>Sharkey was elected into the Ring’s Boxing Hall of Fame. trong>Sharkey signed a 3×5 index card (plastic protector mounted to backing) in blue ballpoint (“9-10”) with the closing “Sincerely” and he dated it 8/4/77.

“trong>Joe Louis was one of the most celebrated boxers of all time” in the 1930s-40s with a record (71 contests) of 54 knockouts, 14 wins (lost one by decsion and knockout). trong>Louis signed this thick piece of brown paper (3-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ – EX w/compacting folds – plastic protector mounted to backing) in black ink (“8” – slight water mark on top of L). trong>Louis added the greeting “Best Wishes and dated the parchment “Nov. 13, 1935.”

trong>Max Baer’s fight against James J. Braddock was portrayed in the movie Cinderella Man. He signed this folded parchment cut (2-7/8″ x 3-3/8″ – EX plastic protector mounted to backing) in black ink (“9”). He personalized it “Bart, your pal – Best Wishes and dated it 1936.”
