Don Maynard Signed Super Bowl III Program Jets – COA JSA – send back

Super Bowl III may be the most well-known football contest. We all know what Joe Namath did and the outcome. This was actually the first time which “Super Bowl” was used on a program. This program was available only at the game. There is a more readily available collector’s edition which was sold through mail order and possibly on news stands.

Although simply in design, compared to Super Bowl II’s program, at least this program features the game’s subjects going up for a pass.

This Super Bowl III program was sold only at the game. After the game was completed, a collector’s edition was made available for purchase. This program shows expected aging/storage/handing wear.

The highlight is that it was autographed on the front by Jets superstar, Don Maynard. He signed it in black felt tip (“9”).
