Robin Yount rocked Brew City for his entire 20-year career. The face of the Brewers organization put extensive use into this ash Louisville Slugger model P72 bat. The labeling period, 1980-83, falls between Yount’s best years.
The natural wood finished dandy features a cupped end, is uncracked and shows outstanding use. There are many ball and stitch marks visible on the left and back barrel. The ball marks include blue ink transfers on the left and back barrel. There are blue bat rack marks on all sides of the top barrel. There are also cleat marks visible on the left/front barrel. The handle features a heavy coating of pine tar. It measures 34-3/4″ and weighs in at 32.1 oz. Overall, a tremendous gamer pounded with use. PSA/DNA bats (John Taube) graded this a PSA GU 9.5 and letter of authenticity is included.
