Out of stock
After Van Halen’s debut album release in 1978, he was named as “Best New Guitarist of The Year” by Guitar Player Magazine. In the early 1970’s, guitarist Eddie Van Halen and his brother Alex, a drummer, formed the group “Mammoth” with vocalist David Lee Roth and bass player Michael Anthony. They changed their name to Van Halen in ’78. Roth was fired in 1986 and replaced by Sammy Hagar, who was, in turn, replaced by Gary Cherone in ’96. Eddie Van Halen brilliantly signed this “1984” album in blue felt tip on Dec. 7, 1993 at the Guitar Center in Hollywood. Van Halen was attending Jimmy Page’s induction into the Rock Walk. David Lee Roth penned his name on this album in blue felt tip (“10”) on June 22, 2004 at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Manhattan.
