Game Worn Bees Flannel Jersey,Possibly Birmingham Bees

Baseball jersey styles will come and go as the years go by. Nothing can replace the aesthetic appeal of the flannel jersey though. This Bees jersey we assume was worn in the Minor Leagues given the unique patch on the left sleeve. Our consignor believes it was a Birmingham Bees flannel although this is unconfirmed. A National Association Professional Baseball Leagues 50th Anniversary patch is located on the left sleeve. The heavy two-color felt identifiers appear original and unaltered. A Wilson manufacturer’s label is sewn in the collar with a suspended size “42” flag tag. There are a few stains on the verso shoulder/right sleeve but the button-up jersey is complete with no moth holes.
